Refund policy
Spaces in our classes are extremely limited. Therefore in order to reserve a space, we require non-refundable payment due upon registration. That said, we totally get that life happens - so the spirit of our cancellation policy is that we want to give you the ability to cancel your attendance at a class if something comes up and receive credit to be put towards future classes or purchases. If something comes up, please email me at becky@gatherandmake.ca and let me know as soon as possible, so we can work it out together.
The exception to our refund policy is in case of class cancellations on our end, due to circumstances such as insufficient registration, inclement weather, or instructor illness/non-availability. If we have to cancel a class, we will provide you with the option of either a full refund or credit for the full value of the cancelled class.
For one day/session classes:
- Cancellations made 5 days [120 hours] prior to the class start time will be issued credit equal to the class fee that can be used for future classes or purchases.
- Cancellations made within 2 - 5 days [48 and 120 hours] prior to the class start time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class fee, with the remaining 50% issued as credit.
- Cancellations within 2 days [48 hours] of the class start time forfeit the fee entirely, and will not be issued credit.
For multi-session classes:
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the class start date will be issued credit equal to the class fee that can be used for future classes or purchases.
- Cancellations made within 3 – 7 days [72 and 168 hours] prior to the class start time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class fee, with the remaining 50% issued as credit.
- Cancellations within 3 days [72 hours] of the class start time forfeit the fee entirely, and will not be issued credit.
- No refunds or credit will be issued for missed sessions.
